Include videos and podcasts in your morning mindfulness routine while getting ready for work or during your commute. Think of your car as your mindfulness mobile and name it. Mine is The Oasis. If you ride the train, zone out of the hustle and bustle and zone into your headset.

If you prefer to work on your mental strengthening by listening during exercising, go for it! This is also an optimal learning state because your focus is on an activity rather than an exact issue you have been thinking about. Your brain then organizes itself and brilliant ideas sprout!

Another way to energize your mind-space is to watch motivating videos/films that fuel “I CAN” thoughts. Write down key points to activate your action plan in a dedicated notebook. Writing is an effective tool to connect deeply into your subconscious because you are also forming pictures and symbols as you write, and this is the language of the mind. Vent out negative and seed in positive!
