Hypnotherapy is an effective platform to quiet the everyday “doings” of daily life (fight or flight) to learn what obstacles are keeping you from moving forward, and what it is you need to thrive. Studies show that people learn best when they are calm, relaxed and in a positive frame of mind. In session, your mind is alert while your body is relaxed. The focus is not on rehashing the hurts but on moving you forward by plugging you into the best version of yourself.

Where do sessions take place?

Hypnotherapy is effective in person, on the phone and via Zoom/SKYPE. Be sure to have a reclined chair or a similarly comfortable set-up with head and leg support.
